Autumn is coming and as well as cold weather brings also positive things like hot chocolate, the evenings watching tv under the covers and a lot of tasting fruits.
I show you my favorite autumnal salad, that it’s also a perfect starter for guests, served in this nice way.

Cut the apples’ topsides and dig the fruits because they will be used as bowls for our salad. Squeeze the lemon on the apples, so their pulp won’t turn black. Cube the kiwi and shell the pomegranate. Mix salad, kiwi and pomegranate in one bowl and flavor with olive oil and lemon juice. In the salad you can add also the apples’ pulp that we had discarded. Fill up the apples with our salad and serve. This salad doesn’t have a long-life, so consume within a day’s time.
